When you book, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to you from notifications@koalendar.com — if you can’t see it, please check your junk mail. It contains links to reschedule or cancel if you need to, and an option to add the appointment to your calendar.
Video call links will be sent to you from an email address ending @ewtherapy.uk — please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot see an email from us in your inbox at least 1 hour prior to the start of your consultation. This does not apply to phone consultations — Matthew will call at the time you book.
Video call consultations require you to have the free, secure Signal Messenger app installed on the device you would like to receive the call from and on your phone for activation. You can download it here. To links device in addition to your phone to Signal, see the guide here.
