Please note that our services are only available to adults (aged 18+). If you are looking for support for a child or young person aged 17 or younger, we recommend searching the BACP Directory for a specialist therapist.
When you book, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to you from notifications@koalendar.com — if you can’t see it, please check your junk mail. It contains links to reschedule or cancel if you need to, and an option to add the appointment to your calendar.
Video call links will be sent to you from an email address ending @ewtherapy.uk — please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot see an email from us in your inbox at least 1 hour prior to the start of your consultation. This does not apply to phone consultations — your therapist will call at the time you book.
